  • Determine the role of the manager or executive in change
  • Identify the role of emotion in change
  • Compare some of the social barriers that often prevents change
  • Recite how change interacts with fear and learning
  • Identify what is required to create change
  • Develop a strategy on implementing change
  • Identify the psychological process that occurs during change
